You will help support the next-generation Data Communication Transceivers for AI infrastructure using Mojo's unique technology.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Mojo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Technician to support our core Color Conversion Technology for LED micro displays. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities across process development, testing, and characterization of Mojo's LED micro display color conversion efforts.
The ideal candidate will work hands-on with materials, processes, and devices, contributing to both technical analysis and report generation. This person plays a key role in driving technology development based on experimental results and performance data.
- Execute processes and characterization on quantum dot films, assemblies, and optical components to further the development of record-breaking color conversion technology.
- Utilize and maintain process and related equipment to ensure smooth operation of the Process Lab.
- Contribute to data analysis and presentation, supporting process understanding and design decisions.
This individual will be immersed in all aspects of the color conversion project and will be integral to its success. The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience with dispensing, coating, patterning, curing, adhesion, rheology, and general manipulation of colloidal solutions to create high-performance and high-yielding device structures.
- A demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes and contribute to the characterization, process understanding, and failure analysis.
- Strong analytical skills in data interpretation and communication with process and design team members.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including cross-group and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Associate's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields, and 5+ years of experience in optoelectronic and/or semiconductor device and materials testing (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work independently during the morning shift – 7 AM -3 PM.
Salary Range: $74,445 to $136,556
